TRIAL CLASSES

Trial Class

Trial Basics​

  • All are welcome to trial a class in any of our programs

  • All trials must sign a waiver before entering into the class

  • Note that the trial class is counted as a part of your class tuition

  • If you find the class is not a good fit, then the trial is free of charge

To be prepared for the trial, your child...

  • Must be scheduled for a class through the main office (no walk-ins)

  • Should wear comfortable clothes and socks (we do not allow bare feet in the gym)

  • Will have a water bottle

  • Be ready to have fun!

PAC Waiver
Each Guardian is required to sign a medical release form for their child and themselves

RULES & PAYMENT INFORMATION

  • All classes are to be paid in full at the time of registration.

  • There is a $25 discount for siblings for the Fall,Spring & Summer semesters

  • For the child that takes 2 or more classes per week, there is a $25 discount for the Fall, Spring & Summer semesters

  • There are NO REFUNDS AFTER 2ND WEEK OF EACH SEMESTER, TUITION CREDIT ONLY.

  • There are NO REFUNDS for MISSED CLASSES. (see “Make-up” Policy below)

  • There will be a $35.00 charge for any check returned to us from the bank.

  • We accept Visa and MasterCard credit cards, debit cards, cash, or checks.

  • A fee of 3.5% is added to each credit/debit card transaction.

  • Cash and Checks are not subject to this fee. All checks are written to "Progressive Gymnastics." Checks canbe sent via mail.

  • Insurance fee of $45 is due for any new member at the time of registration adn for returning members. This fee isrenewed every fiscal year, typically in September.

    • We are the secondary insurance carrier. Coverage, in case of an injury for a child or adult in our facility, includes the balance of what your primary does not cover.​

  • If a student withdraws because of emergency circumstances (medical), a tuition credit is allowed for the remaining semester.  Request for any refund must be made in writing.

  • If a student, parent, or caretaker is dismissed because of improper conduct or unsafe behavior, all semester fees are automatically forfeited.

  • The club reserves the right to cancel, combine, or re-schedule classes, due to lack of registration.

MAKE-UP CLASSES

Make-Up Class Basics

  • If a student is absent due to any reason, the missed class may be made up by attending any regularly scheduled class of the same age and same skill level.

  • The make-up class MUST be scheduled though the office.

  • Make-ups must be completed during the registered session and may not be credited to succeeding sessions.

  • Make-ups can be transferred to the next semester only if the student has re-enrolled.  Otherwise, the absences are forfeited by the student.

  • Make-up scheduling is the responsibility of the individual student and guardian.

  • No monetary reimbursements are applicable for classes not made up.

Cancellations Due to Inclement Weather:

PGI will try to reschedule “make-up” days for inclement weather. If the make-up class you need does not fit into our schedule or yours, it is the responsibility of the student and parent to reschedule his or her make-up.

THE PAC UNIFORM

All PAC members are required to wear our club uniform. We sell all of our products at the front desk. All new members must purchase a set. Returning members can purchase as necessary.

What to Wear:​

  • Total uniform package $50, includes all the PAC items below.

  • PAC Ninja T-Shirt: $25, Ninja shoes: $20, Ninja Headband $5

  • No jewelry – earrings, necklaces, bracelets or rings.

    • (Recommended by the Gymnastic Safety Association)

  • Hair should be pulled back. No hats allowed.

PRORATING

Fall and Spring Sessions

  • The PAC prorates the class tuition at week 5 of the semester

  • Any trials done at week 4 or before are subject to paying for all 18 classes

  • You are entitled to those classes missed. Schedule your make-ups through the office​

 

Summer Session

  • We do not prorate in the summer session. The semester is 7 classes, you have the duration of the summer session to complete those classes. Make-ups do not carry into the next session

REFUNDS

Our Policy

  • There are NO REFUNDS AFTER 2ND WEEK OF EACH SEMESTER, TUITION CREDIT ONLY.

  • Eligible Refunds will exclude the classes already taken, insurance and uniforms, these services are non-refundable.

  • There are NO REFUNDS for MISSED CLASSES. (see “Make-up” Policy below).

  • There are no refunds in circumstances related to pandemics, natural disasters or nuclear explosions. Tuition credit only.
