Safety is our #1 priority. The physical and mental well-being of our athletes is important in their development. We work to build strong kids and also prepare them to be good people.
All of our staff is trained in movement safety. Proper techniques for landing and falling from different heights are strongly highlighted and implemented in every class taught.
The staff undergoes a sensitivity training every year on how to communicate with kids of different ages and different sensitivity points.
