Important Information:

All parties are to be secured with a non-refundable $250 deposit

All parties are to be paid in full 1 week prior to their party

If your child is sick or due to inclement weather, your party will be rescheduled to the next available date and time. There are no refunds.

The PAC has the right to cancel a birthday party

All food is catered through the PAC, no outside food vendors are allowed.

We are a peanut-free facility
Ninja Warrior Party: Ages 4+
1 Hour Ninja Activities, 1/2 Hour Party Celebration, Invitations, Party Paper Goods, Pizza, Water Beverage, Instructors and a Hostess. Bring your own cake, candles, and party favors.

1-15 children: $ 565.00
$15.00 for each additional Child

The birthday child will get a special debut on our 7-foot Warped Wall. No other party participants permitted on the wall.

The ultimate birthday party place in Nassau County is at Progressive Gymnastics, We have the state of the art gymnastics facility for children ages 4-15. We set up fun and challenging obstacles, activities incorporated with gymnastics such as slackline-ing, zip-lining & gymnastics relay races. Our awesome, charismatic and trained gymnastics coaches make us the best gym in town!
The birthday child will lead her/his friends to the bars to monkey around, follow the coaches as they challenge the kids to run, leap, and vault, show off their different balancing skills like leaps, jumps and turns, while also giggling and bouncing around on the tumbletrak. Have your all star gymnastic party with us.

Are you ready to have a fun and exciting time swinging, jumping, and tumbling at a Progressive Gymnastics birthday party? We have a tumble trak, uneven bars, rings, & balance beams. We will create an action packed party for you. The coaches will lead the kids in a race to the finish with our “storm the castle” relay race where we crawl under bridges, jump over crocodiles, and take down the tower! Come climb and spelunk across our rock climbing wall then explore inside the tunnel and make your way to the lookout bubble. What better way to celebrate your party with your friends than with a game of Olly-Ball, a giant inflatable octopus played like volleyball. Trapeze swing down onto our Stella the starfish, and bounce in our Safari bounce house. Be an acrobat on the bars and swing away! Jump as high as the sky on our trampoline and balance on the slackline like a tight-rope artist! Want a little more fun? Now you can zip across the gym with our new zipline. Karate & Gym/Ninja Combo: Ages 4+
1/2 hour of Karate, 1/2 hour of Gym or Ninja Activities, 1/2 hour Party Celebration, Invitations, Party Paper Goods, Pizza, Water Beverage, Instructors & a Hostess. Bring your own cake, candles, and party favors.

Be the karate kid at your own party! We will give your child a Karate Uniform to wear for his birthday so he can be the official karate kid. Master Kevin will take the kids through some cool tae kwon do moves, play ninja cone games, and even break a piece of wood with your hands! After they learn all their cool tricks they then continue into the gym to jump, bounce, and have a great time!
